On November 15th 2015, Margot, Zsazsa, Eline, Iris and I sat down with the notary to make Wings for Animals official. A small signature with great significance, because from that moment on, our journey as KLM crew members began with one mission: to help animals worldwide wherever necessary.

This anniversary shows how important involved volunteers are. Not only for transporting items, but also behind the scenes. Think about the maintenance of our website, contact with projects and sponsors, administrative and financial tasks, the newsletter, social media, fundraising activities, transport preparation and all less visible but essential organisational tasks.

For all this, we need people we can rely on, people who contribute ideas and support.

We thank all our donors, volunteers, veterinarians who donate supplies, sponsors and funds that support us.

Thanks to your support we can continue to do what is necessary .

And of course we would like to thank all the projects that we have supported over the years. Your work gives animals worldwide a new opportunity.

Together we have achieved extraordinary things, and together we can achieve even more. For dogs and cats, pangolins, elephants, sloths, monkeys, birds and all animals that need our support urgently.
