Curacao Animal Rights Foundation (CARF) was established on 29 May 2008. CARF is committed to protecting the welfare of (stray) dogs on the island of Curaçao.

CARF’s mission focuses on the following important goals:

• Creating and raising awareness about proper animal care;
• Medical care of abandoned and neglected stray animals;
• Placement of stray animals through an adoption program with suitable families.

Wings for Animals regularly brings the necessary supplies for CARF and colleagues are happy to go for a beach walk with their dogs.
