Hoedspruit Animal Outreach (HALO) is a South African non-profit organization dedicated to the health and welfare of (stray) pets in disadvantaged and remote communities in and around Hoedspruit. They provide essential veterinary care, promote responsible pet ownership, and run sterilisation and vaccination programs.

Many families in this region love their animals, but do not have access to veterinarians or resources to properly care for them. HALO bridges that gap – with compassion, professionalism and by partnering with local residents.

Wings for Animals has supported HALO through financial donations for their sterilization- and vaccination programs.
